After CHSA first launched its Diversity Initiative in 2007, we created the first phase of a Resume Bank in 2008 along with our colleagues from the Congressional Asian Pacific American Staff Association and the Congressional Black Associates. In 2009, our organization moved to the second phase of a Resume Bank and created a CHSA-specific electronic resume bank.
