The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for assisting and supporting the Branch Manager in the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including the areas of operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Bank’s objectives. Performs supervisory duties in the absence of the Branch Manager. Provides leadership, training and supervision to branch personnel. Assists in attaining established Bank goals through active participation in sales management and officer call programs.
